teppanyaki
鉄板焼き
welcome to yakuza
(Formerly know as Wasabisabi)Teppanyaki, often confused with hibachi, is a post-World War II style of Japanese cuisine that uses an iron griddle to cook food. The word teppanyaki is derived from teppan, the metal plate on which it is cooked, and yaki, which means grilled, broiled, or pan-fried.
Teppanyaki grills are solid and durable. They come in various designs and materials and are easy to clean. Since they're easy to clean, bits of food won't be left behind and grease won't collect. The teppanyaki experience is much better because of this and the longevity of teppanyaki grills is ensured.
